All designs, content, graphics, and digital materials created by Creative Media House remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Creative Media House will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Once work has commenced, cancellation requests may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for work already completed.
